Our Rental Process

Here is a quick breakdown of the steps we take with our customers:

CHOOSE YOUR EVENT

Most events take place on weekends, so our team typically handles setup and deliveries on Thursday or Friday. If your venue requires same-day delivery and removal, we’ll coordinate the timing to fit your needs.

SCOUT YOUR
LOCATION

If you can take pictures of the location and tell us exactly where to set up and which direction your arch should be facing that will allow us to get right to work upon arrival.

PLAN FOR THE WEATHER

If you’re hosting an outdoor event, it’s always smart to have a rain contingency plan. If you plan to move your ceremony inside, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Don’t Forget the Florals!

Your rental provides the perfect foundation, but the flowers and décor are what make it uniquely yours. While we don't provide floral or fabric decorations, we're happy to recommend local florists who can help bring your vision to life.

Planning to decorate the arch or chuppah yourself? Be sure to bring zip ties, floral wire, twine, or other supplies to securely attach your décor on the big day.
